Destiny Rising, the mobile version of Bungie’s popular space shooter developed by NetEase Games, has officially launched globally this week. The game is already handing out freebies to players who know where to look. Destiny Rising codes are limited-time text codes that players can enter in-game to receive item bundles such as Lumia Leaves, Upgrade Cores, Ascension Cells, Infusion/Prism/Upgrade materials, or cosmetic decals.
Some codes are global promotions, while others are creator drops with short redemption windows. As of August 30, 2025, there are three active codes that have been confirmed to be working:
1. CodeExample1
2.
CodeExample2
3. CodeExample3
These codes grant upgrade materials and a couple of decal bundles. It’s important to note that codes can stop working without notice, so players should redeem them quickly.
In addition to the active codes, there is also a one-time invite/referral code in Destiny Rising that gives small starter rewards. This is part of the game’s Spreading Light in-game referral event. Players can share their personal invite code with other Lightbearers, and they can also bind someone else’s code to grab a small starter bundle.
However, players must bind a code before reaching Team Lv. 20 and be on the same server. Binding is one-time per account.
Many Destiny Rising codes have already expired, mainly because they were capped at around 1,000 redemptions. Most of these were one-off content creator promos with short windows. Some of the expired codes include Destrisedatto, Destrisecross, Destriseevanf, Destriseflats, and Destrisekarq.
To redeem codes in Destiny Rising, players need to follow these steps:
1. Open Destiny Rising and enter the game world.

2. Click on the “Redeem” button at the bottom right. 3.
Paste a code from the list of active codes and click “Redeem”. As with many gacha titles, players can also reroll their pulls in Destiny Rising to ensure they get a top-tier character right out of the gate for free. To do this, players should start with a Guest account and play through to Chapter 1-2, completing the “Gathering a Fireteam” mission.
They can then claim rewards and draw for characters. If they don’t get the desired characters, they can delete the account and repeat the process until they are satisfied with their pulls. Once players have obtained the characters they want, they can bind their Guest account to save their progress by selecting “Bind Account” in the Player Center menu and choosing one of the four services to log into: Google, Facebook, X, or Discord.
As of the game’s launch day, no official Destiny Rising codes have been released by NetEase Games or any official sources. However, the game includes a built-in Exchange Reward redemption code system, and it is expected that codes will be introduced soon once the game gains traction. To redeem codes in Destiny Rising, players need to be in gameplay mode and follow these steps:
1.
Start the game and watch or skip the opening cinematics until they have control of their character. 2. Open settings by tapping the cog icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Navigate to the ‘Other’ section in the settings menu. 4.
Tap ‘REDEEM’ in the top right corner to bring up the Exchange Reward redemption code window and enter the codes. As of now, there are no expired Destiny Rising codes since none have been released yet. Players should stay tuned for updates, as new codes will be added once they are revealed.
