Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Site — including articles, analysis, commentary, podcasts, graphics, charts, logos, and the selection and arrangement of that content — is owned by Techpinions or its contributors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not republish full articles, reproduce substantial portions of our content, create derivative works, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Systematic scraping, bulk downloading, or use of our content to train machine learning models is prohibited without a separate written license.
The Techpinions name and logo are trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Randolph County, Missouri, or the federal courts serving that county, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Techpinions regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
